Plot some points and connect the dots. If you need a reference picture, I recommend www.wolframalpha.com just type in that same equation there and it will graph it for you, but don't forget your parentheses for sine.

So there are 4 things to consider here:

1) what does the parent function \sin x look like?
Spoiler:
A basic sine wave.


2) How does the 2 (multiplied by the x) change that graph?
Spoiler:
Divides the period in half.


3) How does the 2 (multiplied by sin) change that graph?
Spoiler:
Doubles the amplitude.


4) How does the -3 change that graph?
Spoiler:
Vertical shift down 3.


If you, I mean your daughter cannot answer these questions, then she needs read her book, go to class and ask questions and/or find a different teacher.
