I'm stuck on this particular problem:

Let f(x) = the integral of ln(2+sint)dt from a to x.

If f(3) = 4, f(5) = ?

Thanks for your help!

Just add on $\int_3^5\log(2+\sin t)\,dt

Admittedly, I don't immediately see how you're expected to do that one, even the integrator doesn't like it.

Ah great, thanks! I thought it might be something like that, but I wasn't sure.

As a general rule, you should say kind of what form your answer is supposed to take in these situations, otherwise context seems to indicate something potentially different. Cheers.
