I am lost on these two

SAMPLING DISTRIBUTION

POLL has 1015 randomly selected students and found that 10% attended private schools. What is the sampling distribution?

Here are the numbers- 1, 11, 9, 3
Assume that samples of size 2 are randomly selected with replacement from this population of four values.

What are the 16 different possible samples and find the mean of each
identify the probability if each sample and describe the sampling distribution of sample means
what is the mean of the sampling distribution
Is the mean of the sampling distribution equal to the mean of the population of the four listed values? Are those means always equal?
