Find approximations to the real roots of the polynomial f(x) depicted below.

Answer.

The graph has x-intercepts at about x=-1.75, x=0.3, x=1 and at about x=1.75. These are real roots of the polynomial.

Be careful: The polynomial may have more real roots outside the graphing area!
