Rule 3:
If there is one minus sign in a simple fraction, the value of the fraction will be negative.

Problem 5: Write the fraction in two other ways and find the value of the fraction tex2html_wrap_inline12 .

Answer. This is not a legal fraction; it is undefined because the denominator has a value of zero. See Rule 1
